On approximately July 7/2021 I referred a friend and so far I have not received any Reward Program credits for it. I can provide the cell number if required.

you will need to tell your friend to contact customer support. The agents won't help you. keep in mind if you ever refer anyone else. it should be in your account immediately

If the referred account is still active and you dont see it your awards then click the blurb on the bottom right and create a ticket.

Log into your account and check under rewards. Their last four digits of their phone number should appear. Is their account active ?
