How do I manually make a payment after automatic subscription renewal did not go through?
My automatic renewal bounced and I cannot find any option on the website to let me manually make a payment

You should be able to make a manual payment there: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card

Under payment section, right lower corner. Add funds function.
If you don't see that feature, try to login to your PM app. If you know your PIN number, you can also call 611 on your phone and manually load up funds.
If still not working, can also consider purchasing a payment voucher in store (Shoppers, London drugs, gas stations) and load up manually. Online vouchers can also be purchased via Muskbird.com (service fee applies)
