Did you purchase a US add-on and that add-on expired recently?  As I said, a functional service is a good proxy that everything that needs to be done has been done.  Everything is nothing to worry about.

@paulinCF, Public Mobile does not use email for payment notification at least not for any of my accounts.  I get a text message notification of a payment coming due soon.  I usually get this between 1-2 days before renewal.  Sometimes, not always, I get a text saying renewal was successful.  This text comes 10s hours after successful renewal which takes place in the early hours eastern time.  As I have never had a renewal failure, I am conditioned to ignore the texts and let service continuation tell me that things are working as they should.  Checking payment history in the online account is a good confirmation of what is happening/has happened.

  1. Is your account currently suspended?
  2. If you login into your account. What does it show for Payment Due date?
  3. Also what does it show for AutoPay due date?
  4. Is your phone still working?

The payment will normally take at 12pm eastern time.
