Did you purchase a US add-on and that add-on expired recently? As I said, a functional service is a good proxy that everything that needs to be done has been done. Everything is nothing to worry about.

@paulinCF, Public Mobile does not use email for payment notification at least not for any of my accounts. I get a text message notification of a payment coming due soon. I usually get this between 1-2 days before renewal. Sometimes, not always, I get a text saying renewal was successful. This text comes 10s hours after successful renewal which takes place in the early hours eastern time. As I have never had a renewal failure, I am conditioned to ignore the texts and let service continuation tell me that things are working as they should. Checking payment history in the online account is a good confirmation of what is happening/has happened.
