I missed the auth windows of 90 minutes and now it says I need an Agent to complete my number port.
Tried the the link to create a ticket and it fails.
Where to next?

@RozN ensure your old account is active and you have the old sim in the phone.
You may also try calling the Telus porting phone number, which we are not supposed to post here. So, check your private messages I will send it to you there.
