Sadly this is a common flaw with Public Mobile. Best thing you can do is to turn off your phone, wait a few moments and then turn the phone back on. The problem should resolve itself. If not, feel free to come back here and we'll help you figure it out.

Reboot phone and try calling again. Call with a 1 in front of the phone number
