logging into my account does not show how many minutes used. Why not? It used to show minutes used and data used.

@brew : There's the overview counter, and there's the usage details. The overview counter is almost immediate and about accurate. If you don't see the line item there it means you've used up that feature.
The usage details are delayed and the "charges" are meaningless as there are no charges here.

When I first signed up - $15 plan -100 canada wide minutes, when I signed into my account there was "you have used x amount out of your 100 minute plan, plus "you have used "x"amount of data on my data plan.
Now to my problem, for the last current attempts there is none of his information, only a list of calls made or received minutes used on this call and if there is a charge.
WHY has this changed????

Hi @brew
And if you require additional minutes, the $5.00 add-on for 500 Canada-wide minutes is the best deal to ensure you don't run out of minutes.
The best part about it is they remain on your account until they're used up, however long that takes.

@brew If you're on a plan with a limited # of mins, once they disappear from the Overview page in your self-serve account, they are used up. Same goes with data.
