Minimum purchase for add-ons

Before I have bought US roaming add-ons for 10 day talking. It was $8.00. So all I had to do was add $8.00 + tax to my account. Now there is a minimum purchase of $25.00 for add-ons! Why? Is there a way I can just add what I need? It was working great before, why did they change it?

There should be no min or max limit how much add-ons you have to buy (money wise).

New way of purchasing add-on is to add it to a cart and pay after.

Can you provide screenshot when system asks you for min of $25 for add-on purchase?

I just bought an addon for less than my plan and it worked alright, I have seen that glitch before though. Follow the steps laid out by @softech and you should be able to just put enough money in to cover the add on

@Clooch   did you just try to add another $8 into My Account and failed?  there is a bug on My Account after loading fund manually.  Sometime, it asks you to load the full plan amount for whtever reason

Just do not add extra fund ahead.  Try to just add the roaming add-on into the Shopping cart and check out and let the system calculate and charge the Amount due.
