Hey,
I would like to migrate my account to Telus since there is a deal going on and I want that deal, but Telus said that I need to contact someone and migrate my Public Mobile account to Telus. Can someone please help me out with this asap!

@HaseebShaikh , this help article explains exactly what you need to do to transfer your number from Public Mobile.

It's the other way around. The receiving provider is the one to help you. The sending provider account needs to be active. Leave the old sim in to reply to a text message when the receiving provider requests the number.
