Hi ,
I got a divorce and have legally changed my last name. I am now using my maiden name.
I have changed my email address, too.
I have already changed my last name here but I need to change my email address.
Can someone please help me with this? Thanks

@Publicl60 Yes, you have to open ticket with PM Support to get the email address changed

I just need to change my self-serve email address to log into my account. I use an old email address as my user name and a customer support agent has to do that…

I'd ensure the self-serve account e-mail address is updated 1st, then change the Community e-mail address afterwards to match it.

@HALIMACS just a thought but a person should wait to change their community account email until they get their self serve email changed by cs-agent or they may not get a response from agent?

Contact a CS Agent using one of the options below. Second option is easiest, but takes longer for a reply from the agent.

hi you can open a ticket with customer service they can help you change it
