Switched to PM on Friday with a new iPhone 15 and e sim and cannot receive or send messages. What could be wrong?

Deleted the eSIM. Did a master restart. Added new eSIM and still nothing.

I did press Yes within the time frame. Thank you for the number.

Did you get a porting authorization text from your old provider? You need to reply them YES within 90 minutes to approve the port

there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update or fix the port.  I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them

I am not getting incoming calls. I can call out.

Can you check to confirm if you can get incoming calls?  If you are porting your number, I am not sure if the port was completed. If not, then you will have to wait till it is and try re-register

I opened a ticket, thank you!

I tried to register but receive an error message and cannot log in with my apple account since I cannot verify it through text. 

Check id your iMessage is properly registered (might need to re-register).  And check if Send Text Message is enabled 

If you need PM, you can open ticket with them.  Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

New phone. Only installed the eSIM. No regular sim. Did network reset and reboot. Still no messages 

make sure all the old esim is disabled 

And make sure the PM esim is the only one there and enabled.  Then Reset Network Settings

Purchased a new eSIM

Did you remove your previous carrier's SIM card?  Or inactivate/delete old carrier eSIM?

Thank you for the advice. Reset and rebooted. Still no change. The phone does not turn iMessage on (I receive an error code when trying to move the toggle). Spoke to apple. Twice. They think it is a network operator issue.

OK. Try this. Go into Settings and reset your network settings. Then reboot. This should help.

Settings, General, Transfer or Reset iPhone, Reset, Reset Network Settings

Now when you say "switched" do you mean you ported your number from another service provider?
