Autopay could fail occasionally. Please make a manual payment to resume service. You can login My Account and click the button "Pay and Resume services now". If the button is not there, confirm on My Account first that the accuount is indeed suspended and you have no PM services. The click on this link to load enough funds (please remember to add E911 fees on top of your regular plan amount if your phone number belonds to AB, NB, NF, NS, NWT, PEI, QB, SK):

In some places in the account, this error message will be shown to all customers on the renewal day. If your service is working, the message can be ignored.
