You can dial 1-778-580-4001 to get in to the voicemail system. You'll need you voicemail password. You can reset it in the login account.
What happens when you call your number? If it drops to your voicemail then you can press the * when you hear your greeting and then enter your password.

@ivanR you tried to retrieve voicemail message?? Of so, yiu can call your number from a landline and retrieve message that way. But thr voicemail server will only keep voixemai messages for 10 days unless you keep saving it

It is frozen on an update screen. It wont accept calls. I know for my landline |I an retrieve voice messages when \i am away. \I was wondering of there was something similar with cellular.

@ivanR It could., if you keep backup your phone regularly via Google or iCloud

If you have your device set/linked to an app such as Your Phone on a desktop/laptop, you can view messages on that app.

@ivanR - is there any power in your phone whatsoever? Does it turn on?
What model of phone do you have?
