Messages issue

I got a plan for Canada-USA-Mexico calling and texting problem is that when I text someone from the US my messages won’t go though likr I can see theirs but they can’t see mine also I can’t get verification codes

Depending on your type of phone (Android or iPhone) you will need mobile data enabled, data roaming (as mentioned) enabled and access to mobile data for MMS to work and/or access to wifi for RCS chats or iMessage to work. Incoming SMS should work regardless of any plan you have and outgoing SMS should be working with your current plan.

You are currently in the US right now.? Does data work? Make you have your roaming on.

You mean the verification code when you try to sign on to My Account?

if you are using Android, try clear message cache

and reboot phone, then  try connect to a different provider, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon
