Message send failure

I changed my number today, from Ontario number to a local Calgary number. And then I cannot send text. Keep showing message send failure. 
restarted my iPhone. Turned flight modal off and on.

checked setting-message, iMessage is available for the new number and Apple ID. 

can still use data and call. Just message failed. @CS_Agent

Your Apple ID probably still have your old number so go to Settings>your name on top of the page>Name, Phone Numbers> Email>Contactable At>Edit>Add a Phone Number… reboot your phone and you are done!

you should try to remove the phone number from iMessage/Facetime, reboot, then add the number back and try agian

If you have an iphone try this. Go into Settings, Cellular, Network Settings, turn off automatic and choose Public Mobile. Then reboot. Let us know if that worked.

@QIANLI  Maybe try resetting network settings . Is it possible for you to try the SIM card another  phone to test .and make sure airplane mode is off
