Neither my husband or I can place or receive calls, but everything else works. Anyone else?

if you like, download a VoIP app like TextNow and use it to make calls until issue is fully resolved

Try airplane mode on for a minute, then off, and restart your phone — that fixed it for a few people here.

If it still fails, it's the Ontario outage, so just try again in a bit.

As of this morning I noticed am unable to reach any landlines but I can call and reach a Public mobile number.

Calling  any landline... takes 30 seconds to start ring back tones but call doesn't go through, get six ring tones then disconnects  

Can receive calls from all numbers

Restarted phone several times, no change.

As there are many posts made each few minutes/seconds etc.

it looks like Canada wide Public Mobile outage. please look at previous posts as Public Mobile is aware and is working on it.

Some have said that the turning airplane mode on and then off has worked (not for all)

If you are unable to make/receive calls - because there is an outage.

Hopefully it's back up shortly, so yes Public Mobile is aware and is working on resolving the issue.

So, I can't make incoming or outgoing calls, but I can text. WTH is going on Public Mobile. Could use an update or message on the matter.

My phone isn’t working and my buzzer for entry into my apartment is hinged on it and every two step verification app as well. This is totally not cool.

there is a thread about this, its an what it looks like Canada wide Public Mobile outage. please look at previous posts as Public Mobile is aware and is working on it. Hopefully it's back up shortly. 😊
