Hi,
I had a plan $20. My MsCard was stolen. I didn't have time to update my card over the monthly charge. Got an SMS and right away update the payment method but I cannot get back on initial plan.
Could you please help what should I do?

you have a new card? login My Account or app and update yourself. You cannot receive the 2FA code via SMS, but you can receive it via email. Click Didn't receive code or Reset code and choose Send email. Once you logged in, go to Profile page or Account page to update
