First check the probelma at your phone. What are your incoming call settings?

Then check the numebrs that ae coming in, have you blocked them...LOL

Last if you can figure that out then check with SIMon

Last thing you do is try and contact PM through the moderators and see if they can help you.

I have not heard of this happening before, strange occurance.

Have a good evening!

@marius071  If you have an iPhone make sure the setting to allow calls only from numbers in your contacts is turned on.

ok thanks

@marius071  check to see if aeroplane mode or do not disturb is on. Also, try restarting your phone. Turn it off, wait 30 seconds and restart it. Please switch your SIM with another phone if possible.  If its not a phone problem, contact a moderator and ask them to reset your SIM.

Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen.  This connects to the autobot Simon.  Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on "Account specific question" and  "No I want a human" and "Submit a ticket Click me!")
Once connected, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password.  Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent. Also keep an eye on the envelope, the mods answer will show up there.
You can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email.
Go into your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save

Stay safe

@marius071  Check your device's privacy/filtering settings. You can also try restarting your phone to see if it makes a difference.

@marius071 Hi is it possible you have do not disturb turned on your phone by accident

i kinda do this every 3 days but i thing is some issue with carrier🙄

@marius071   If this happening on a frequent basis, then I think you need to submit a ticket to moderators via SIMon here: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/

Type in your issue, select contact us/moderators, then submit ticket when these options appear.  Follow the rest of the prompts to finish submission.

Hearing back from moderators may take upwards of a day or more right now, as moderators are a little short staffed due to the current pandemic.

@marius071   Have you tried rebooting your phone?

BTW it's usually a good idea to post under one of the main headings in the community forum as Lounge is better suited for people posting about non service/phone issues, ie: hobbies, general interests etc.
