My payment. Didn’t go through because I didn’t have the funds in my account because I forgot to transfer money. Now I have no phone service and when I go on the app and the website it’s not showing that my service is suspended so there’s no place where I can add or put a payment through. I’ve tried re-adding my card and I can save that, but it doesn’t change anything I still can’t make a payment so I can’t use my phone. Could you please help me out thanks

sometimes it's call Private browsing, using that is to avoid browser cache problem
But you can use regular mode to login first, then paste the link to make payment

you can make a manual payment to resume service
First, login My Account using incognito mode. After you logged in, use this link to load enough funds:

When loading funds for renewal, remember to add E911 fess if you are in the following provinces: AB, NB, NF, NS, NWT, NU, PEI, QC, SK

if you'd like to get to No Thrills or Canada Tire, you can buy Public Mobile payment vouchers, dial *611 to add them to the account for plan renewal. Also there's on-line vouchers from muskbird.com.
