Making calls in US

Am I able to use my phone to make calls within the US and from the US to Canada for free with my current subscription?

if you're in US, you wanna make sure your cell is VoLTE recognized with Public Mobile...otherwise text and data will work fine but all calls will fail. Enable Roaming so data will work...don't worry about overages or extra billing...there are none. Here's some reading with a device checker at the end of the article.

If your current subscription is can-us or can- us- mx then yes you can. You also need a volte enabled phone on Public Mobile's whitelist.

If you are on the Canada-US- (Mexico) plan, then you can make phone calls for free from within the USA.
