Hello,
I am trying to make a payment on my plan, it went expired cause I had to update some payment details, but when I try to make a payment it doesn't show the amount due and doesn't accept the payment.
I am not sure what to do.

The payment system is finicky.
Instead of choosing amount due, manually chose the payment due equivalent to your month's fee. That should restart your account.
