How do I make a manual payment to get my plan reactivated?

actually, @softech provided you above the link  to make payment. 

so, login My Account using the browser first, and then use the link

Ive been logged in,  the app but nothing popped up.   When i go under payments,  they only thing i see is to add a voucher.   I just wanna make a payment with my credit card,  PayPal or anything

login My Account on the browser or the app, there should be a button pops up and click to pay

Please login My Account using browser with Incognito mode.  Click the button "Pay and Resume services Now" and follow the step to renew

if you don't see the button, paste the following link and load enough money to renew:

When loading funds for renewal, remember to add E911 fess if you are in the following provinces: AB, NB, NF, NS, NWT, NU, PEI, QC, SK
