You gotta do that yourself. Has your service been suspended or is it working ok right now. You can also add $$ to your account by dialing 611 with your cell. You'll need to know your Public Mobile pin number.

do you have a valid payment card on your account ? If so, use the app and log in to your account. Click the Payment tab. Scroll to see Add Funds with Credit Card.

How I can add $$ to Available Funds for renewal?

when you set up your account you needed a valid payment card for future renewals. Otherwise you can log in to your account to manually add $$ to Available Funds for renewal. Alternative is to get payment vouchers, dial 611 to add them to the account for renewal. Here's where to get vouchers...https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/payment-voucher
