How do I make a payment myself when the automatic withdrawal did not go through?

Hi! If you follow the options given below you can make a payment and be back on right away. I was able to make a payment when I logged in using a browser, not the app. The other option is dialing 611 and paying over the phone.

I am having the same issue with you today. I cannot make or receive any phone calls although I can receive texts. When I try to update my subscription which it keeps asking me to do or make a payment, nothing happens. Do you know how long it takes to get a result or a response from public mobile when you do these types of questions?

the link works on the browser. Please use the browser to login My Account , then paste the link

using your cell and your on file payment card...dial 611 to hear account status and make payment with that card. You will need to remember your Public Mobile pin number.

The link does not work. If I use the app and go to account there is no payment option.
