You should get all details about your account when you log in to it.

Login yo My account first,  confirm the account status.  Maybe Autopay just failed.  If that is the reason,  you can make a manual payment to reactivate the service 

 

did you try logging into My Account?  If you do not know the login, start with the Reset Password link there

 

If that does not work, open the ticket with PM support:
