Add ,mms after default in APN type. No space before or after the comma.

@Dristal is the MMS port showing 80 there after the network reset?

@Dristal Try first reboot the phone, then a network reset again and then go back and make sure the APN settings are all correct
(please note with network reset, your saved Wifi will be gone, too. You will have to re-join all Wifi networks again)

I did everything you said but the MMS still does not load. The data is on and the internet works.

@Dristal You missed the MMS port, set it to 80

Can you open web pages? Can you give images of your APN settings here.
I checked my APN setting and it has every detail that it needs but its still not working

You have to have DATA on on your phone to send/receive MMS. It will not use your data allowance, though.

Data being disabled is usually the reason for this, sometimes its gets switched off accidentally

@Dristal MMS requires Mobile Data to be enabled. Is your Mobile enabled?
If enabled and still not works, check the APN settings.
(what kind of phone you have? Android? iOS?)
