MMS suddenly not working

Have not changed anything, MMS suddenly stops sending/receiving from one of my 2 accounts. tried reboot, tried off WIFI, data turned on, It just happened suddenly. 

the calling working fine. any help? thank you.(it is Huawei Mate SE. other huawei works as normal)

also data usage went up if nothing turned on, it is new as well.

question, why do i need to set APN all the sudden? I never set my APN on both accounts, one still working, one stopped lately.thanks

@kateyyj hi have you had any updates reboot your phone make sure data is on for sending receiving mms also turn off updates while on data will also cut your data consumption

@kateyyj  Go into settings -> Apps  and find the App that you use to send messages. Clear the cache and then select force close. Restart your phone and try sending an MMS. Report back.

Have you checked your apn settings on the phone?
