I've read quite a few posts with the same complaints, MMS stopped working today for me out of the blue. It worked yesterday. I updated the new APN profile a month ago and everything was good. I double checked the APN now, still good.
I have an older Moto phone, but it's not on the Telus/ PM list of dropped phones and I haven't received a text or email saying I need to upgrade my phone as per this memo:

I will open a ticket, but is the likelihood that this will get resolved, or just "buy a new phone" ?

It's a Moto E4 , old for sure and have been thinking of replacing it for a while anyway, but haven't needed to! I'll try to delete and enter a new profile, thanks.

what model of phone is that??
We saw that instead of updating, some actually need to delete the APN profile and recreate a new one to get it working. Please try
