Why is it that when i go to APN settings the service provider of public mobile is shaded out so i can not change any settings? My mms messaging is not working?

@WarrenAnderson - Did you just activate? MMS & SMS are having issues for new activations.
Maybe try a full network reset on your phone * You will lose all saved Wi-Fi networks and BlueTooth connections! *

@WarrenAnderson Try resetting network settings see if the helps to update the APN for you
