There is a very old post that made me laugh so hard (a kind of crazy laugh) I had to include it. I could be told not to revive old posts and that's well and fine.
However, this post is serious and deathly important. My post is a matter of life and death and I do not say that lightly. I am very serious and very frightened. I need help and I need it now.
It's April 18, 2019 around 6:30 PM PDT and my phone just locked me out for no valid reason and now says I need a PUK to get back in. I'm so angry and frustrated and I have deliveries of both my medications and my replacement oxygen canisters coming tomorrow.
If I can't answer the buzzer and let the delivery people in I get no life-saving medications and I will have to do without the very necessary oxygen I require to leave my home until they come back to this area (Monday for medications and Tuesday for oxygen) next week. I have a large oxygen machine at home but I need to go out before Tuesday so I need those oxygen canisters to be able to leave my home.
Then I come here to the Public Mobile forum looking for answers and read a comment that says in part:

I had to double check that I was on the right site and that I hadn't missed something. I only wish Public Mobile had a telephone number of any kind right now. Heck I would call a 1-900-PMO-BILE number and pay 2.50$ a minute to be put on hold for 12 minutes, just as long as they gave me the dang PUK when they finally took my call. I do realize however that I might change my mind about them having a phone number once my emergency is over and the cost of operating a call center showed up on my phone bill.
To whomever it is that keeps an eye on these messages, I really hope you are online now because I really need help and it is an emergency. I realize people say all kinds of things to get pushed to the front of the line but I can send you a picture if you want with me holding a sign with today's date on it. I need oxygen 24 hours a day so you will see the tubes and I can send you dated pics of my oxygen machine and my empty canisters. This isn't a joke, it isn't a scam.
I really hope someone can help me or I could be in some very real trouble. I cannot cancel my appointments on Monday because one is a specialist appointment I have been on a waiting list over a year for and they just called me yesterday with a cancellation appointment. If I don't make it to this appointment I could wait another year or more before I get access to his clinic and every day would be detrimental to my health.
At this very moment I am hoping I'm not going to regret signing up with Public Mobile just so I could save money because my disability checks don't amount to much. I have to have a phone for health reasons both in and out of the house so I can contact emergency services if required.
I really need this resolved tonight. Please help me!

So many thanks to you again, Triguy. An amazing moderator has helped me out and I indeed will be able to do everything I need to. I was so very frightened and worried but it turns out I indeed did not make a mistake by choosing Public Mobile. I am unsure what might have happened had it been later in the evening but thankfully I didn't have to find that out tonight.
I hope the rest of the evening is as pleasant for you as it will be for me. I know I will sleep well tonight after such an eventful evening lol. I am an insomniac so it is a good thing the raw emotions from the evening have worn me out. I would rather be awake a couple nights than do this again tho 😝.

@dovahlicious , in such case that you have a medical emergency that requires immediate attention, you should be calling 9 -11. That call can be made even without active cell phone service.
As to if Public Mobile willl get back to you tonight, you can try to contact them, but there is no guarantee that they will get to your message today.
To bypass a sim card's security PIN or PUK, you could just replace the sim card. If you can get a friend or family member to purchase a new Public Mobile sim card for you, that would bypass the need for this code. You would then need to swap your Public Mobile services to that new sim card from within your self-serve account.

Alex888 that is an unfortunate bit of information but I thank you for it all the same because I needed to know. I most certainly hope that in this case it will be possible to work something out before tomorrow. I really appreciate your giving me a heads up, thank you so very much. 《☆》
