Hi,
I tried to change my plan to the 25$ plan so that I could use the lunar new year promo (2GB data when you sign up for 25$+ plans), but it doesn't work. On my "change plan" page, I typed in the promo code I received in my email inbox and it says I am not eligible, but I'm sure I meet all eligibility. I don't get why.
I tried to submit a ticket but the ticket page has error when I try to log in, so I can't even submit a ticket. I tried logging out, tried a different browser, nothing worked. I am very frustrated.

HI @asdfghj The promotion was long expired and it was for new activation only
There is currently no special promotion for existing customers

@asdfghj Sounds like you're already a client. Any promotions that were recently posted. Are for brand new members that are signing up. Not for members that are already with Public Mobile. Sorry.
