Why has my loyalty discount not been applied for last few months, been with pm for over 10 years but only actually logged on a very few times.

Perhaps @DennyCrane , however there is no reason the Loyalty rewards wouldn't carry over.

Another possibility, @IanP , is that the rewards on an Immediate plan change wouldn't display on the Immediate charge when changing plans , but on the NEXT renewal under the changed plan.   

Though that doesn't explain your " ... last few months ... " comment.   🤔

Just to be 100% certain, @IanP , you definitely didn't log into the Rewards portal and 'accidentally' switch over to Public Points?

I Get the refer a friend and autopsy but loyalty is missing

Please post a screenshot of your payment history from your PM account. You didn't by chance opt into the new Public Points system at some point, did you?

EDIT: I see you clarified you did not opt into Public Points, so you should be eligible for the legacy loyalty discounts up to $5/month + $2 auto pay discount if applicable, and any friend referral discounts.

Also newer changed plan and stayed on old reward system
