I have been a customer now for over a year and still paying 23.10 a month. I should be paying a dollar less now.

Loyalty reward kicks in on 13th, 25th, etc. month of service.

On the renewal before your 365th day the loyalty will show the dollar. Then it will reduce your cost for the next renewal. Unless you opted in to the new points system. Then you only get points.

Adding - nvm the points. You're at $22 now. So I guess that's autopay and maybe a referral.

@Peppie1 hi unless you changed to the new loyalty program you will see your dollar in your 13th cycle in the rewards section of your account 😁
