Hi,
I have been with Public Mobile for more than 2 years now. However, I have received my loyalty points for this month. There has been no deductions to my current plan. The due amount is the same.
Kindly help me with this!

Can you post a screenshot of the Payment History form your self-serve account? That will show us the breakdown of rewards and plan cost. Make sure to hide any personal details.

I did that. Usually I do get the reward however, I didn't get this month.

@kriti011 Please check the amount due on the Rewards page. It will show you how much rewards you will get and that will deduct from your plan cost.

It takes 13 cycles to pass the 365 day mark for year one and 25 cycles for year two. You can contact a moderator by choosing chat bubble in lower right hand corner if it has been longer than that and you are not receiving the loyalty deduction on your payment.
