Hi guys I've lost all my info and I can't get to my account to update my payment options my line was cut yesterday
I need a moderator to help me retrieve Info thx

Click ?, bottom right, follow instructions to submit a ticket. Moderators can only resolve this particular issue. Wait time can be a few hours or less, or within a day.

Moderator will verify that you are the owner of your account.
Your email address is your username.
If you forgot your password, moderator will ask for your PIN #.
Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:
- Complete mailing address,
- Email address,
- Alternate phone number,
- Date of birth,
- Last top up date & amount

Explain the situation, and they can look into it. OR click the "?" in lower right side of the page, type "contact moderator", and follow directions to create a ticket for your issue.
