I’ve lost my SIM card…I’m unable to login in account to order new SIM card.

Just as an additional detail, there are 3 logins here: Community, My Account and Shop. They are independent of each other.

Walmart never provided support to Public Mobile customers.  They used to only do activations.  Customers support at Public Mobile has been entirely online for a number of years now.

@rmcpherson2017   you do not order  new sim card from My Account

 

You can pick up one from Telus or Koodo stores in your area

you can also order from Amazon :  https://www.amazon.ca/Public-prepaid-postpaid-Activate-Allinone/dp/B06X9ZGDWG

Although yo can also order from PM online (https://www.publicmobile.ca/sim-card) , I would not suggest you to order it there as it could take as many as 1 to 3 weeks for shipping

@rmcpherson2017 , are you unable to login because of 2FA and not being able to receive the code to email?  You could submit use the chatbot link to submit a support ticket to secure your account for now while you shop for a replacement SIM card.

@rmcpherson2017 hi you don't need to login just go to top of page where it says shop you can purcase one there, but it would be a lot quicker if you have a telus or koodo store handy to your location
