HI @Ace10513 You will need to get a sim card and then request Change Sim Card on My Account
Get it from Telus/Koodo stores. Do not get it from eBay or Kijiji, they are private sells and requiring you to activate new line. You don't need new activation

You are able to change your SIM card in My account page (self service). Purchase a new SIM card (either online or in store). Do not activate a new account. Go to your self service account, change the SIM card number and then re-insert into your phone.

@Ace10513 You need to get a replacement sim card first. Get it from a local Telus or Koodo stores, these are the only stores you are get sim cards in person now. (While you can order it via PM online, I would avoid that as delivery could take anywhere between 1 to 3 weeks)
Once you got the sim card, login to My Account, On the top right, Quick links, click Change Sim card. Then enter the new sim card number and follow the rest of the steps
