Lost sim card

I’ve been travelling, and I lost my public mobile SIM card. How can I get my phone reconnected to my public mobile account for my phone? Can public mobile issue me an eSIM from the same account?  Thanks. Caleb

Check to see if your home is eSIM compatible before ordering eSIM. You will be wasting your time to get it straightened it up if it isn’t compatible.

You can also order a SIM from Amazon with faster shipping at a lower price.

If you want eSIM,  you have to download the Public Mobile app to your new phone and purchase eSIM.  Go to Account,  purchase SIM,  purchase eSIM. 

If you want physical sim you can do that also. It can take up to 2 weeks+ to arrive so best to purchase from a Telus store.
