Oh Hi!
Whilst changing my autopay card, Ive lost the existing autopay rewards that were going due to be billed. Is there any way to rectify this?

Support resolved the issue within half an hour of the PM.
As stated, it was my fault over which we had a chuckle.

@moireachmor, I'm sorry to hear you had this problem, as you've been instructed by the previous poster, please make sure you do that.
I had to change my credit card information this past couple of days, but my rewards stuck. I'm interested to read what has happened, and what the resolution is upon completion.
