how can my husband report his phone lost when PM want 2nd verification by sending a code to his lost phone?

If you're still having issues, contact a CS Agent and they can assist.

The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact customer service.

You can click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2FA sent to the registered email.
