Lost phone

I've lost my phone. I'm trying to login to the self serve portal to report thist but I'm getting this message. "ForgotPassword/LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled"

 

Can someone help me please?

@00johnray00 Just in case you are not familiar with PM's "lost phone" procedure, it only suspends service to your SIM but does not affect the expiry date of your plan.

@00johnray00, sorry to hear you lost yoru phone.  You will need to message the MODS to reset your password then login to self serve to report lost or stolen phone.

In your message please include:
  • PM Phone Number
  • 4 digit PIN (if you don't remember this then they will need at least 3 of the following to verify your identity)
    • account number 
    • date of birth
    • complete address listed on account with postal code
    • email address on account
    • most commonly called numbers
    • alternate number listed on the account
    • last payment date and amount
    • last 4 digits of the credit card
  • Detailed explanation
