Lost my phone

Hi I lost my phone got a new sim I need my phone number back

Login to account and go to the Profile section and click on Change SIM Card Number so your account information will be switch to the new SIM and the old SIM cancelled.

@Marksmitt  this has to be done on computer only won’t work on mobile ..just need to login into self serve profile tab and swap sim thru quick links

Log onto self-serve, go to your profile and change your SIM card there.

DO NOT activate the new SIM card through the activation portal.

It's best if this is done using a desktop or laptop, vs mobile.
