I lost my phone and order another sim card before suspending my account in case I foind my phone while waiting for my new card... I just saw that they wrote in red letter Plan Expired. I am on automatic montly payment without failing. So why is my plan suddenly expired...

If today is your renewal day, ignore the message. It will go away overnight when payment is taken and applied to your account.
When a phone/SIM is lost you can suspend your account without losing your account, then use Change SIM when it arrives and reactivate.
If the above does not apply, you will need moderator assistance. Send any one of them a private message ( @Mary_M for example) with your phone number and an explanation. Coverage is currently: Mon-Thursday 9am(EST) to 9pm(EST) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(EST) to 5:30pm(EST).

Did you suspend services from Lost/Stolen phone option? When is your renewal date?
