Your email is only a login ID so it doesn’t matter if you have access.
Login with your email ID and password and the 2FA code will be text to your phone. You also have an option for the 2FA code sent by calling to your phone.
Final option to cancel your Subscription is to call 611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC to Unsubscribe and your account will be closed after 90 days of nonpayment.

Even without the email access , you can still login PM My Account using the email address and password and have the 2FA sent via SMS
But if you really cannot login, as PM to help
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
