Lost Service all morning

Is there a known outage? I have not had phone service all morning. I am waiting on an important call today. Is there someone I should reach out to?

I have regular outages at my work place, but I know it's the building.  It's a regular thing for us.

However, the department has decided as they rely on txt messages for communication about OT and shift coverage, it's essential that we have a repeater or two setup to boost our reception inside the building.

BELL service down in Atlantic region, wich affect TELUS / Koodo / Public Mobile which share the tower...

Seems to be a lot of people on Telus & Bell in atlantic canada with no service... nothing official on anyone's site about it yet though, of course.
