Cannot log into my account getting an error. Disabled?

Hi,

I cannot log into my account and I cannot reset my password as I get the following error.

 

ForgotPassword/LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled

OP may had tried to login too many times.  For secuity reason, PM is locking the account to prevent hacker from keep trying different passwords to get in.  The only to get account unlocked is send private message to moderator.


Correct. I believe about 5 tries are allowed before the account gets locked and only mods can unlock it.

@wukong You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your accoutn details and they will reset your password from their end.
