I lost my Sim card. When I tried to log into my account, it wants to send a code to my cell phone to verify my account. Unfortunately, my cell phone will not work because it has no Sim card. I haven’t been able to select another verification option Such as email. And of course I can’t reach anyone at public mobile. Please help. It would be nice to have a step-by-step how I can log into my account and enter the new Sim card information. I also want to maintain my account benefits and telephone number. Thanks so much for any help you can provide.

Yes, you can maintain your number and account. Get a new PM sim card form Telus or Koodo
for accessing My Account, you will need support agent help if you cannot use email to recevie 2FA. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

They can enter in new SIM card info. Also buy a SIM card from the Public Mobile website or go to most TELUS / Koodo stores & all Mobile Klinik stores for $10.
For $5 you can get one on amazon from a third party and for $10 you can get the official amazon SIM card for Public Mobile.
