My friend just returned from Mexico and can’t find her Public Mobile SIM card. Any suggestions on how to get reconnected? She has been paying her bill all along.

@Christinepro Just go to a local store, like Walmart Mobile, Koodo Mobile or order from Amazon for it Prime shipping to get a new SIM card. DO NOT order from PM online. PM online takes as many as 3 weeks to ship
Once you got the SIM card, login to My Account, click Change SIM card and use the email to receive the 2FA code to complete the change. The phone number will be be provisioned on the new sim card and then just put the new sim into the phone.

Your friend can order a SIM from Canadian Cell Supplies online on sale for $2.99.
They have fast shipping than ordering from PM.
