Lost SIM card

I lost my SIM card and public mobile they locked my account in the app. How should I reach them to get new SIM card?

You will need to purchase one from a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store ($10), Amazon or CCS ($5) then type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent on Chat bubble to help you access your account and update to the new SIM Card number.
