Lost SIM and account access

My phone got stolen so is my SIM card. I’m not able to access my account because I can’t get the code on either my now lost phone number or my email as it is also very old. I need to restore the access to the account as soon as possibly to block that SIM card and preferably keep the number and transfer onto a new one. I need help to login
